Complete CAD/CAM support is available at every step of the development process to ensure the creation of cost effective design.

As the designed parts move forward to completion, our production personnel become involved to make sure they have a through understanding of your machining parts requirements. E-mail capabilities are maintained to simplify the transfer of drawings and help maintain communications lines.

Once your designed machining (prototype or production) part & components are approved, the Cutting Source Precision job shop is entered into our planning and scheduling system. This system lets us closely monitor your project progress and maintain tight delivery schedules.

PARTS FABRICATION:
Cutting Source Precision is your complete Job Shop. We offer one-stop service for all your fabrication needs. From small precision jobs to the big demanding ones, Cutting Source Precision has the staff, equipment, and experience to avoid sub-contracting and complete the task in-house.

Our lathes provide the capacity to handle parts up to 36 feet in length and over five feed in diameter. We also have a full line of CNC equipment to provide you with the highest level of quality and precision.

The Cutting Source Precision shop houses a variety of large and small horizontal and vertical mills, shapers, precision I.D./O.D. and surface grinders, hydraulic presses, sanders, saws, planers, drill presses, threaders, and heat-treating furnaces. We also have a wide range of portable equipment for those jobs that call for on-site fabrication.
